實施低評高聘 完善激勵機制：世外小學召開四屆一次教代會

 

經學校行政辦公會議提請，學校黨支部批準，學校教職工代表大會主席團研究決定，5月11日，上海市世界外國語小學召開四屆一次教代會本次大會的主題是："實施低評高聘 完善激勵機制"。

本次大會將制定《世外小學低評高聘方案》，完善有效的激勵機制，充分調動教工的積極性和主動性，力求在不打破績效工資體系的前提下，靈活運用由學校自主調控的獎勵性績效工資，鼓勵一些能力強、業務精、干勁足的老師脫穎而出。學校特地召開本次教代會，意在集眾人智慧，抒各人所見，力求公正、公平、公開，把《低評高聘方案》做得盡量合理完善。

學校教代會是發揚民主，發揮教職工的積極性和創造性，保障教職工行使民主管理權利，推進決策民主化和科學化，提高辦學水平，促進教育改革和發展的重要途徑。各位教代表們將認真行使權利和履行義務，廣泛聽取群眾意見，集思廣益，認真討論并商議《世外小學低評高聘方案》。為世外的持續發展獻計獻策。
