北宋劉斧撰輯《青瑣高議》中有云:“我聞古人之詩曰:‘長江后浪推前浪,浮事新人換舊人’”。此句比喻事物不斷前進,多指新人新事代替舊人舊事。之所以提及此句,是要提及“世外小學(xué)基地校”的發(fā)展。
Liu fu wrote the "Qing suo Speech"in the North, Song Dynasty.
”I heard the ancient poem, ”the new comers push the former, the new ones replace the old ones.”
This means that things are moving forward, there are new people and things to replace the old. The reason why we talk about this is that we need to focus on “WFLPS School Based”development.




作為一所民辦小學(xué),世外小學(xué)一直以來都以打造一支高素質(zhì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的專業(yè)教師隊伍作為學(xué)校生存、發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,并摸索出了系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)、有效的校本培訓(xùn)模式。2010年,世外小學(xué)獲得了徐匯區(qū)“教師發(fā)展示范校”。2011年成為徐匯區(qū)首批試點的見習(xí)教師規(guī)劃化培訓(xùn)基地校,2012年正式成為區(qū)見習(xí)教師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)基地校。至今,已培訓(xùn)了周邊兄弟學(xué)校200多名不同學(xué)科不同年段的見習(xí)教師。
As a private school, WFLPS has built up a high-quality sustainable professional teaching team. It has a system and a scientific effective in-school training method. In 2010, WFLPS won the “Model School of Professional Development of the teachers of Xuhui District” award. In 2011, the school became the first trial school for interns training. In 2012, it became the official interns training school base of the Xuhui District. Up to now, the school has trained more than 200 interns in different subjects from sister schools.
對于基地校的培訓(xùn)任務(wù),學(xué)校不看作是紛繁事務(wù)外的額外負(fù)擔(dān),而是作為一種內(nèi)在生長的需求,有效和學(xué)校本體的隊伍培訓(xùn)體系結(jié)合。通過培訓(xùn)使得見習(xí)教師規(guī)范教育教學(xué)常規(guī),提升職業(yè)認(rèn)同感,爭取100%見習(xí)教師能勝任教師工作,同時促進本校經(jīng)驗型教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,帶動學(xué)校的隊伍建設(shè),實現(xiàn)見習(xí)教師培訓(xùn)和學(xué)校隊伍建設(shè)雙贏的目的。
The school regards the mission as a need of growth effective in-school training, not an extra load. Through the training, the interns learn about routines, develop their career and try to be 100% capable of being a real teacher. Meanwhile, it also promotes experienced teachers’ professional development to push the program and realize that it is a double win situation: both the interns teaching, training and building a school team.
9月15日,由上海師范大學(xué)第一附屬小學(xué)、康健外國語實驗小學(xué)、求知小學(xué)、田林第一小學(xué)、田林第三小學(xué),上海世界外國語小學(xué)等6所學(xué)校共計24名職初教師在世界外國語小學(xué)會議室中召開了2021學(xué)年第一次見習(xí)教師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)會議。基地校負(fù)責(zé)人錢老師熱情地歡迎學(xué)員的到來。
On September 15th,6 schools ( No.1 Primary School attached to Shanghai Normal University, Kangjian Foreign Language Experimental School, Qiu zhi Primary School, No.1 Tian lin Primary School, No.3 Tian lin Primary School, Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School) and 24 new teachers held 2021 Interns Teaching Training for the new semester in WFLPS. The key person, Ms. Qian welcomed the new teachers.



接著,新老師們進行自我介紹,互相認(rèn)識。在此過程中,錢老師以教育問題、教育熱點、教育者的心理等方面介入,與各位學(xué)員進行交流。在自我介紹過后,錢老師給學(xué)員們簡介接下來一年所需要完成的事情,學(xué)員們認(rèn)真傾聽、用筆記錄,規(guī)劃未來。在此期間,錢老師針對學(xué)員的問題耐心答疑解惑。
The new interns introduced themselves and got to know each other. During the meeting, Ms.Qian organized discussions about education, headlines of education, and the psychology of the educators.All educators were communicative and participated actively. After the self-introductions, Ms.Qian explained the overview of the tasks the new interns should complete in the following year. The new teachers listened carefully, took the notes and made their plans. Ms. Qian answered their questions.
隨后,由占老師、于老師等其他諸位世外老師的帶領(lǐng)下,學(xué)員們有序地參觀了上海市世界外國語小學(xué)。在參觀的過程中,學(xué)員們了解到世外小學(xué)分為“境內(nèi)、雙語、融合”三部門。學(xué)員們看到世外整潔干凈的校園、感受到有序的課堂氛圍、有教養(yǎng)的世外學(xué)子。通過參觀觀摩不同類型的教室,學(xué)員們由淺入深地了解到世外小學(xué)課程設(shè)計的多樣性,例如:富有傳統(tǒng)文化的中藥教室、茶具齊全、古樸儒雅的書法教室、充滿神秘感和激發(fā)探索欲望的科學(xué)實驗室、井而有序的圖書角以及令所有學(xué)員嘆為觀止、設(shè)備齊全的裁縫教室。通過欣賞世外學(xué)子墻報作品,學(xué)員們潛移默化地感受到校本文化的熏陶。
After that, Tian Zhan, Ms. Yu and other WFLPS teachers led the new teachers had the school tour of WFLPS. After the tour, the interns knew more about WFLPS, “Local Section, Bilingual Section, and PYP Section”. The school campus was neat and tidy, classrooms were well-organized and the WFLPS students were good-mannered. They visited different types of classrooms and learned more about the offerings of the curriculum of WFLPS. This included the traditional Chinese medicine classroom, the teapots in the Calligraphy room and the mysterious and exploring science laboratory. They saw the well-organized reading corner and an amazing well-equipped tailor's room. Through observing the students work on the walls, the new teachers experienced the school culture everywhere.
本次基地校培訓(xùn)的展開,為各位職初教師指明了前行的方向,充實了知識的行囊。相信這24位職初教師在世外小學(xué)基地校師傅們耐心、專業(yè)的培育下,定會開好局、走好步,早日站穩(wěn)三尺講臺。
The school based training was a great chance for the new teachers to develop an understanding of their directions. It was helpful to all of them. We believe that the 24 new teachers will improve and grow with the guidance of the patient and professional mentors. They will be in the classroom to teachsoon.
奔涌吧,后浪!我們在同一條奔涌的河流!
