積極探索 強化教研 優化作業 落實“雙減”

Explore Actively, Enhance Teaching Research, Update Homework, Implement “Double Deduction”

——記世外小學學科組教研活動WFLPS In-service activity

為貫徹落實 “雙減”政策,提高教研教學質量,優化作業管理系統,開學不到半個月,世外小學的學科教研組已經積極行動起來,圍繞教學這個關鍵環節,

展開研討,制定詳細計劃,落實在課堂之中。

In order to implement the “Double Deduction”policy, develop the quality of teaching research and update the homework management system, the WFLPS subject teaching research group are taking action in the middle of September. People are focusing on teaching, doing research, devising a specific plan and implementing it daily.

語文教研組The Mandarin Group

語文教研組的老師們應聲而動,將“減少不合理的作業,提高作業質量,強化教師職責,減輕家長負擔”作為本學期的重點目標。暑假里開展了網絡教研,開學后又多次進行了大組教研和各備課組教研,研究單元作業設計,提高單元練習的整體有效性,同時嚴格控制每課時的作業量。一二年級以口頭朗讀和課外閱讀為主,培養語文學習的習慣;三至五年級嚴格把控筆頭作業的時間,避免機械費時的作業,增強思維訓練的培養。

The Mandarin teachers are focusing on the key point for this semester: “Reduce unnecessary homework, improve the quality of the homework, enhance the teachers’responsibility and reduce the load on the parents”. During the summer vacation, teachers completed  on-line teaching research. Once the semester began, the group had been researching teaching many times.  They focused on the design of the homework and improved  the efficiency of the unit exercises. Meanwhile, the teachers control the amount of the homework. Yr 1 and Yr 2 mainly have oral homework and reading to develop the habit of learning Mandarin. Yr 3 up to Yr 5 limit written homework time to avoid the mechanical time-consuming homework and instead  develop thinking skills. 



與此同時,為落實作業布置與課堂教學的緊密性,語文組的老師們積極研究新學期的部編版教材,深入研讀教學重難點,強化課堂教學實效。教研組長林老師推門聽課,帶領備課組老師們夯實每一節課堂教學,實實在在提高課堂教學的質量,只有讓課堂成為學生學習、成長的主陣地,才是真正意義上的減負。

Meanwhile, Mandarin teachers are researching more using the new version of teaching materials.  They are endeavouring to implement  homework assignments with authentic links to classroom teaching. They are beginning to understand and improve difficulties faced when teaching.  Ms.Lin, the key teacher of the group has pop-in classroom observations. She led the teachers to discuss and  consolidate each lesson in order to to improve the quality of classroom teaching. The real reduction means the classroom is the main base for the students’ learning and growing.


 

數學教研組The Maths Group

數學教研組把重點工作定為:關注單元整體規劃,優化課時教學設計。暑假伊始,老師們就在備課組內開展研討,從分析學情和教材,到單元屬性表;從整體規劃到單課準備,力求做到“精準的學情把握,完善的單元教學設計,客觀有效的評價,切實地提高課堂中每課時的實效”。The focus of the Maths Group is to look at the design of the unit and upgrade the quality of teaching. At the beginning of the summer vacation, the teachers researched strategies within the year level. They analysed students’ learning and the teaching materials. They then  focused on the main features of the unit. They worked at improving the whole planner and individual plans. This was so they could “Master the  learning, finalize teaching strategies and  monitor effective assessment in order  to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.”

開學以來,根據“雙減”政策的要求,數學大組在暑假工作的基礎上,將本學期的教研主題定為:優化單元教學設計,聚焦單元作業設計。減輕學生過重的學業負擔,作業是關鍵,每個備課組依據大組的計劃和教研主題,不僅分類控制作業總量,控制作業難易程度和科學性,更加關注作業質量以及學生的完成情況,加強作業管理的科學性和有效性。備課組負責提前一周研究布置作業,之后由教研組審核學科知識和難度的科學性,年級組長則負責協調班級各學科每日作業時間。此外,老師們還加強及時反饋和個別輔導,增強學習、作業的有效性。

Since the beginning of the semester, and according to the requirement of the “Double Reduction”policy, the Maths Group based the summer vacation time, focusing on the teaching. They updated teaching strategies, designed relevant homework,and reduced the overload of the students. Homework is the key point. Each group worked according to the Maths Group plan. They  not only sorted out hw much homework was allocated but also the difficulty.   The focus is more on the quality of the homework ensuring it is relevant , efficiently completed and correct. The year level group worked further on each homework assignment a week in advance. After that, the Maths Group checked the subject knowledge and the difficulty. Then the key teacher of the year level coordinated the time of the daily homework. The teachers also  focus on giving good quality immediate feedback and  pointers in how to guide each  individual student.  They are working towards enhance the learning through effective homework.


英語教研組The English Group

新學期伊始,英語組的老師們已熱火朝天地開展了各項教育教學工作。

At the beginning of the semester, the English Group teachers familiarise themselves with curriculum and teaching strategies.  每日的課堂便是老師的陣地。教研組的老師們從暑假開始便研讀教材,更新教學資源,以備課組為單位,調整和優化作業的形式與內容,以期切實有效地“減量增效”。The daily lesson provides a base for the teachers. The teachers of the English Group developed teaching materials during the summer vacation, including updating of teaching resources. Each year level had a unit to adjust, upgrade the content and improve homework  so they can “Reduce the load,and develop efficiency”



除了開展日常教學工作以外,各項教學展評和競賽活動亦是促進教師專業發展的有效途徑。本學期,徐璐婧老師將代表徐匯區參加上海市中青年教師教學評比活動。我們以項目為抓手,成立項目組核心團隊,發揮個體教師的教學特長,促進團隊能力的共同提升。

Besides the daily teaching, the teaching competition and the competition activities are the ones to promote the professional development of the teachers effectively. This semester, Ms. Xu Lujing was sent on behalf of the Xuhui District to attend the Shanghai Middle-aged and young teachers teaching competition. We set up a core team to make full use of the advantages of individual teachers teaching abilities to promote the teams capability.



 

技藝教研組The Specialist Group

自然組為推進單元整體設計,重點研修單元主題,并形成單元設計和分課時設計。實施過程中采取差異化教學策略,并挑選部分內容進行項目化學習。The Science Group focused on the theme of the unit to improve the design including strategies and time. During the implementation, they use the various teaching strategies related to Project Based Learning.

音樂組積極籌備器樂、舞蹈、合唱、戲劇等社團,挑選學員,聘請專家,力求最佳效果。The Music Group prepared musical instruments, and set up classes such as  dancing, choir, and drama clubs. They  shared responsibilities and used experts in order to be effective.

體育組進行了新學期課程的重整和解讀、運動場地的安排和新增器材的統計及各類校隊的籌備。The PE Group modified the curriculum and adjusted their practice. They organized the playground for all sports, listed the new equipment and set up the school teams.



美術組繼續開展指向學科核心素養的單元教學研究,本學期聚焦問題導向和任務驅動。積極準備 “高一杯”職初期美術教師基本功比賽。The Art Group focused on strategies to use when teaching. This semester, they focused on raising questions and being task-based driven. They are well-prepared for the “Gao Yi Cup”, the art teachers basic skills competition.

信息組就本學期開展的教育教學活動進行梳理溝通,對學科未來方向進行展望。認真學習《基于學科核心素養單元教學設計》內容和2021小學信息科技優質課展示交流活動部分案例。The CT Group listed and communicated with each other on the educational teaching activities. They developed expectations about the future developments. They learned that the "Teaching Design of the unit is based on the core quality of the subject" and in 2021 ICT high-quality lessons need to be presented.
