“雙減”之下,世外小學“官方帶娃”

開展小學生課后服務,是一項“順民意、暖人心”的民生工程,是落實“雙減”工作的重要舉措,也是提高教育質量、促進學生全面健康成長的重要途徑。圍繞學生多元化成長需求,世外小學從每周一至周五,實行課后服務活動。

The After-school Service is a “thoughtful warm-hearted”project. It reflects the “Double Deduction”policy.  It promotes teaching quality and encourages the students’ well-balanced healthy growth. WFLPS implements an after-school service from Monday to Friday in order to cater for the multiple needs of  students.

 

“雙減”背景下的課后服務是為了減輕學生課業負擔和課外培訓負擔而開設,開學前半個月左右,世外小學即著手制定各項政策,專門召開了“減負”工作會議、行政會議、全體教師會議,著重討論作業管理、課后服務管理等各項細則。講明安排、應托盡托;精心部署、細心研判、制定策略,為課后服務活動的順利開展做足準備。

Double Deduction”After-school service is designed to release the homework and extra curricula load for the students. Two weeks before it officially started, WFLPS began to make  plans and organize the “Deduction”meetings. Many personel of the school met to talk about how to cater for this service.  They discussed the details of after-school service, arranged people to supervise and prepared students and Parents for this change.

 

周一到周五,放學時段分為三檔,分別是15:3016:3017:30。家長們可以根據個人需要,有選擇地進行留晚服務。

There are three sessions after school from Monday to Friday. Students and Parents can choose to leave the school at three specific times- 15:30, 16:30 and 17:30. They chose the proper one according to their different needs.

 小朋友還可以自己準備一些小點心,在課后服務時間填一下肚子。

The students could bring snacks to school for the after-school service period.

 

參加留晚的學生由學校老師輪流進行管理看護。學校制定了看護服務管理制度。每一天,學校行政護導老師都堅持值守到所有孩子都安全離校,并一如既往做好疫情防控各項工作,確保學生在校期間的健康與安全。

The school teachers take turns to look after the students. The school make some after-school service regulations. Every day, a member ofthe school leadership doesn’t leave until the last students have left the school. Meanwhile, we still implement control methods for Covid-19 to  ensure the health and safety of the students in our care.

 

學校在留晚期間,除了讓學生完成當天作業,還針對性地開辦興趣課程,豐富課后服務的形式和內容。

During the after-school service period, the students not only finish their homework, but also attend some clubs. They are varied and cater towards student interests. 

 

“這個樂器叫卡巴林,來自于非洲哦!”一位老師拿著一個小小的彈撥樂器介紹說:“卡林巴(Kalimba)拇指鋼琴是非洲的一種彈撥類型的體鳴樂器,音色空靈透徹,十分動聽,在撒哈拉以南非洲相當普遍。”

This musical instrument is called Kalimba.  It is from Africa.” A teacher introduced the tiny musical instrument, “Kalimba is an African musical instrument. The sound is wonderful and clear. It is popular in the southern part of the  Sahara in Africa.”

 

“卡巴林”、 “數獨”、“朗讀和演講”、“24節氣和詩歌” 等等,豐富多彩的興趣課程讓學生們做“心中有愛、眼中有光”的星光少年。

Kalimba””Sudoku””Recitation and Speech””24 solar term and poems. Various hobby clubs make the students be interested and have “Love in the heart and hope in their eyes.”.

 

富有特色的興趣活動,既滿足了家長接孩子的時間需求,又能讓學生充分享受個性化的課后服務。家長們紛紛感嘆:“孩子們的課后生活更充實了,家長也更放心了!”

The typical hobby club activities not only cater to the  needs and interests of the students, but also ensures that the students fully enjoy the after-school service. The parents said,”The children’s after-school service time is amazing. We all like it.”

 

用愛解憂、用心呵護、溫情暖心的課后服務,在學校的精心安排、全體教師的團結合作下,課后服務工作正常、有序,收到了良好的效果。世外將繼續堅持以愛心看護、社團活動豐富學生的課后體驗,提供安全、舒適的校園環境,幫助學生磨礪良好習慣、拓展課外興趣、促進身心健康成長。

With the help of caring and interested personel the After school service is  arranged well and runs beautifully.  Students gain a lot from it.  WFLPS will keep up the good work, look after the students carefully and make the students’ club diverse. They ensure the safety of the students and create a comfortable environment in order to to help the students develop good habits, expand their interests and develop their physical and mental health.
