W.F.L.28周歲啦！值此校慶之際，學校將舉行職初期教師（0-5歲）教學評比，希望通過比賽激發(fā)教師專業(yè)成長動機和行為，以此培養(yǎng)一支有師德、有教學水平和創(chuàng)新能力的教師隊伍。比賽內(nèi)容包括寫字、上課、練習設計、信息技術及項目化學習設計等。

WFL is 28 years old. On the birthday, the school held a teaching competition of the teachers（0 to 5 years in the school ).  The aim was  to stimulate teachers' motivation and professional development in order to build up a high-quality, creative team. The competition included: handwriting, having lessons, exercise design, IT and PBL.

首先進行的是28位青年教師的兩筆字比賽——用鋼筆字來書寫對“WFL”辦學28周年的“表白”，敘述自己跟“世外”的故事、抒發(fā)對“世外”的情誼；用粉筆字來規(guī)范地設計一課板書，表現(xiàn)自己對文本的細讀、對教材的把

First, 28 young teachers had a competition where they had to use a pen to write down their best wishes to WFL on its 28th birthday. They also had to talk about their positive experiences in WFL. They then had to use chalk to design a board showing an understanding of the text and teaching materials.

而評委就是學校的所有老師，老師們仔細觀摩、認真學習、公正評比，以賽促訓，以評促學！

The judges are all the teachers. The teachers observed carefully, learned from each other and justified their comments. The competition promotes training and the feedback promotes learning.
