The 7th meeting of the 5th Teaching Congress of WFLPS ended successfully
2024年9月20日，上海市世外小學(xué)五屆七次教代會(huì)在一片熱烈的氛圍中圓滿閉幕。本次大會(huì)以“守正求卓越 啟智謀發(fā)展 再創(chuàng)新輝煌”為主題，會(huì)議于2024年6月28日開(kāi)幕至2024年9月20日閉幕。
On September.20th, 2024, the 7th meeting of the 5th Teaching Congress of WFLPS was successfully concluded in a warm atmosphere. With the theme of “Pursuing Excellence in Integrity, Inspiring Wisdom for Development and Appreciating Brilliant Innovation”the conference was opened from June 28th , 2024 to September 20th, 2024
本次大會(huì)閉幕式由學(xué)校工會(huì)副主席趙杰老師主持。世外小學(xué)張悅穎校長(zhǎng)首先對(duì)《上海市世外小學(xué)發(fā)展性綜合督導(dǎo)整改計(jì)劃》（草案）進(jìn)行了深入解讀。該計(jì)劃是基于上級(jí)對(duì)世外小學(xué)2021年至2024年學(xué)校教育教學(xué)工作的督導(dǎo)報(bào)告，旨在鞏固學(xué)校取得的輝煌成績(jī)和領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢(shì)，同時(shí)針對(duì)工作中的不足進(jìn)行整改。
The closing ceremony of the conference was presided over by Mr. Zhaojie, the vice chairman of the school union. Ms. Zhang Yueying, the principal of WFLPS, first made an in-depth interpretation of the SWFLPS draft action plan of development of the comprehensive supervision and rectification plan. The plan was based on the supervisor’s report on the school’s education and teaching work from 2021 to 2024. It was aiming to consolidate the school’s brilliant achievements and leading advantages and at the same time rectify the shortcomings.
在張校長(zhǎng)的引導(dǎo)下，與會(huì)代表們積極參與討論，共同審議了《上海市世外小學(xué)發(fā)展性綜合督導(dǎo)整改計(jì)劃》（草案）。楊華、張益兩位老師負(fù)責(zé)收集審議表，并對(duì)審議結(jié)果進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真統(tǒng)計(jì)。經(jīng)過(guò)無(wú)記名投票表決，大會(huì)最終以超過(guò)三分之二的贊成票通過(guò)了該計(jì)劃。投票結(jié)果為：贊成票數(shù)超過(guò)50%，反對(duì)票數(shù)為零，棄權(quán)票數(shù)為零，表明全體代表對(duì)整改計(jì)劃的高度認(rèn)可和支持。
Under the guidance of Principal Zhang, the delegates took an active part in the discussion and jointly reviewed the draft of the Comprehensive Supervision and Rectification Plan for the development of WFLPS. Yang Hua and Zhang Yi were responsible for collecting the review forms and carefully counting the results of the review. After a secret ballot, the conference finally approved the plan with more than two-thirds of the votes in favor. The result of the vote was more than 50% in favor, zero against and zero abstains, indicating a high degree of recognition and support for the rectification plan by all delegates.
隨后，世外小學(xué)工會(huì)主席陸素英同志宣讀了本次教代會(huì)的決議。決議號(hào)召全體世外人繼承世外傳統(tǒng)，傳承世外優(yōu)勢(shì)，固化優(yōu)點(diǎn)，揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短，篤行致遠(yuǎn)，追夢(mèng)前行，為提升世外的實(shí)力，鑄就世外新的輝煌而共同努力。
After that, Ms. Lu Suying,chairman of the union of WFLPS read out the resolution of the congress. The resolution called on all the WFL staff to continue to carry on the WFL traditions. They want them to take the advantages and strengths, by developing the good points and avoid or improve the weakness. We want them to pursue their dreams and move forward, by working together to enhance the strength of WFLPS and create new innovations.
在教代會(huì)的滿意度測(cè)評(píng)環(huán)節(jié)，代表們對(duì)本次大會(huì)的組織和內(nèi)容表示了高度滿意。
In the satisfaction assessment session of the teaching congress, delegates expressed high satisfaction with the organization and content of the congress.

上海市世外小學(xué)經(jīng)由徐匯區(qū)教育局申請(qǐng),上海, read 市教育委員會(huì)同意,于2024年7月成立國(guó)際部。國(guó)際部將于2025年啟動(dòng)招生,招收具有境外及外籍等身份的適齡兒童。原上海市世外小學(xué)融合班2025年不再招生(普通班和雙語(yǔ)班2025招生方式不變)。WFLPS Primary Years Department (PYP), applied for international status through the Xuhui District Education Bureau, and the Shanghai Education Commission
The PYP International Department was formally established in July 2024. The PYP International Department will start enrollment in 2025, recruiting school-age children with foreign status. The former WFLPS Integration Department will not be accepting enrollments by the lottery system in 2025. The 2025 enrollment method for local and bilingual classes will remain unchanged.
本次大會(huì)的成功舉辦，不僅為世外小學(xué)未來(lái)的發(fā)展指明了方向，也進(jìn)一步激發(fā)了全體教職工的使命感和責(zé)任感。全體世外人將攜手并進(jìn)，以更加飽滿的熱情和更加堅(jiān)定的信念，共同書寫世外小學(xué)更加輝煌的篇章。
The success of this conference not only points out the direction for the future development of WFLPS, but also further inspires the sense of mission and responsibility of all the staff. All of us will work hard to contribute to each chapter of the school with more enthusiasm and a firm commitment towards improving education for the students in our care.
